The role involves operating filling equipment in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment, with a focus on safety and quality. The 2nd shift runs from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, with overtime potential and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Outstanding attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and adhere to Quality standards.
• Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment, to be administered after receiving a passing interview score.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and label cases.
• Prepare and seal cases and build pallets.
• Pack finished merchandise in boxes and ensure correct weights.
• Complete necessary paperwork and production records.
• Support continuous improvement ideas and maintain a clean, safe work area.
