The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Skilled Machine Operators for its rectangle cup production area in Mason, OH. The role requires performing general production duties in a food manufacturing environment while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

You will operate packaging equipment, perform changeovers, monitor weights and packaging components, and complete required paperwork. The position offers a 3rd shift schedule with overtime potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred; GMP/regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Plant environment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products and prepare corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Seal cases, label finished cases, and palletize.
• Monitor weights and packaging components; manage scrap per procedures.
• Complete production paperwork accurately (work orders, downtime, weight checks).
• Perform changeovers, setup, washouts and routine maintenance.
