Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems Incorporated in River Falls, WI, is seeking a liquid/powder painter for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2:00am) with overtime on Fridays. You will apply liquid or powder coatings to product surfaces and prepare materials according to the schedule.

Responsibilities include color changes, mixing paints and solvents, performing routine maintenance on paint booths, inspecting finished work, and reading work instructions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting processes.
• Experience with small hand tools beneficial.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
