Job Details

Location: River Falls, WI 54022

Shift: 2nd (Monday to Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, with occasional overtime on Fridays).

What You’ll Do

Support production operations by prepping, loading/unloading, sanding, and packaging materials. You’ll ensure quality standards are met, maintain a clean and safe work area, and operate small hand tools such as sanders and blow‑off guns.

• Inspecting and reporting quality issues
• Packaging and racking parts to spec
• Prepping surfaces for finishing (sanding, buffing, wiping)
• Supporting paint line operations
• Maintaining supply levels and PPE compliance

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read, count, and perform basic math
• Familiarity with hand tools and paint line work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
