Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting processes and finishes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Applies liquid or powder paint to product surfaces.
• Obtains production schedule from lead and gathers coatings for each run.
• Performs color changes based on production schedule.
• Maintains paint booths and related equipment; performs light preventative maintenance.
• Inspects product for quality issues and adheres to safety practices.
• Reads and follows work instructions; collaborates with team as needed.
• Establishes efficient workflow and uses materials carefully; reports low supplies.
