Crystal Finishing Systems in River Falls, WI is hiring a liquid/powder painter for the 1st shift. The role performs painting, color changes, and equipment maintenance to support production schedules. Join a team focused on quality finishes for aluminum extrusion and related services.

The position emphasizes safe operation, reading work instructions, and efficient workflow across stations while maintaining high quality and accurate supply use. Overtime on Fridays is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting processes.
• Experience with small hand tools is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Applies liquid or powder paint to product surfaces.
• Obtains production schedule from lead and gathers coatings for each run.
• Performs color changes based on production schedule.
• Appropriately mixes paints and solvents.
• Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
• Inspects product for quality issues.
• Rotates to different stations within the paint booth.
• Can locate, read, comprehend and execute proper work instructions.
• Establishes efficient workflow based on product and task.
• Efficiently uses painting materials and other supplies and notifies the correct person when supplies run low.
• Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment.
