Job summary

NutriAg by HGS is seeking a Liquid Plant Supervisor to lead day-to-day production in a liquid fertilizer manufacturing environment. You will supervise shifts, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and partner with maintenance and plant leadership to meet production goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to manage scheduling, batch records, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial operations experience.
• Previous leadership, shift-lead, maintenance coordination, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Experience within agriculture, biologicals, chemical, liquid processing, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations.
• Lead production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Monitor daily production schedules, output, inventory movement, and priorities.
• Ensure all production processes, batch documentation, batch and raw material quality testing and records are completed accurately.
• Support startup, shutdown, and changeover activities across production lines and equipment.
• Review raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to support quality and standards.
