Job summary

Qualifications

• Waste Operator Level 1 recommended.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions; tolerate strong odors.

Responsibilities

• Operate the site safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Schedule work to meet plant and customer needs.
• Lead weekly safety meetings.
• Supervise plant operators and train staff.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on discharge and procedures.
• Ensure proper billing, customer service and receivables accounting.
• Monitor site budgets and cost‑effective operations.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, clients, vendors.
