Job summary

Foxconn E BG Group in Houston, TX, seeks a Quality Engineer - Customer Support to ensure quality in liquid cooling systems and resolve customer issues. You will conduct Root Cause Analysis and provide troubleshooting support while interacting directly with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering and experience in quality roles in manufacturing, alongside familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and quality tools. Bilingual skills in Mandarin and English are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with liquid cooling or thermal systems.
• 5+ years of experience in customer support and relations roles.
• 5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with materials such as copper, aluminum, and coolant fluids used in thermal systems.
• Proficiency in using quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality standards for liquid cooling systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve product defects and performance issues.
• Deliver timely, effective technical support to customers.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Collect, track, and analyze quality data to drive initiatives.
