Job summary

Accelsius LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Liquid Cooling Mechanical Engineer to design server-level liquid cooling hardware for AI and HPC platforms. The role covers cold plate loops, tubing, manifolds, and pressure‑containing assemblies, from prototype to production release.

You will translate prototypes into manufacturable hardware, partner with thermal engineers on sizing and flow, and work with suppliers, R&D technicians, and customers to validate designs in the lab.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• Direct experience designing liquid cooling hardware for data center servers or racks.
• Proficiency in a parametric 3D CAD tool and manufacturing drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Design and CAD: translate prototypes into production-ready designs for server liquid cooling hardware.
• Produce 3D models, drawings with GD&T, BOMs; manage revisions through ECOs in PLM.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers; work with suppliers and customers.
