Job summary

Tate Inc. is seeking a Liquid Cooling Coordinator to manage post-sales coordination, implementation, and control of data center projects. You will work with engineering and sales teams to ensure timelines, resources, and deliverables are met, while maintaining compliance with policies.

The role requires travel to vendor sites and strong project management skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and PMP or Agile exposure is a plus as you coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or general industry preferred.
• PMI/PMO certification like PMP is a plus.
• Theoretical and practical project management knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to domestic and international vendors/job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements projects after sales completion.
• Helps define project scope, goals, and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Defines tasks and required resources, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Meets with key partners for projects during production stages.
• Creates project timelines and schedules.
• Tracks deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Supports the data center engineering and sales team.
• Monitors and tracks project performance.
• Monitors production, delivery and construction issues on site as required.
• Implements and manages change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Evaluates and assess project results.
