Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs is seeking a Production Operator to support batching and compounding of personal care products on the manufacturing floor. You will learn to mix, process, test, and finalize multiple product lines following batch records and SOPs.

This role emphasizes strong safety practices, accurate documentation, and teamwork across departments to ensure top quality finished goods and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training highly desirable.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and complete manufacturing of personal care products.
• Maintain GMP, SOP and Safety Procedures.
• Assist in equipment setup and inspection of production equipment.
• Follow batch records and procedures to manufacture bulk products.
• Maintain clean, safe working environment and proper material handling.
