Job summary

Voyant Beauty, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Compounder to ensure precise weighing and mixing of liquid ingredients while maintaining a safe, organized work area. You will document batch data, support quality control, and assist with inventory and training of new staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in compounding or chemical manufacturing, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of safety and GMP standards in a fast-paced cosmetic production setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Chemical Technology or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in compounding or pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh and mix raw materials according to formula specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety.
• Monitor production processes and adjust as necessary to meet product specifications.
• Perform equipment setup and calibration for accurate production runs.
• Conduct quality control tests to ensure product integrity.
• Record production data for batch records and compliance reporting.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and final products.
• Perform standard cleaning procedures based on work instructions.
• Assist in training and support of new compounders.
• Some duties may vary slightly by location.
