Job summary

Bradford Labs Inc. in Broadview, IL is seeking a Compounder to prepare, mix, and process raw materials into liquid personal care product batches in accordance with batch records, formulation instructions, and GMP.

The position ensures product quality, consistency, and compliance through precise material handling and accurate batch procedures. You will operate mixing equipment, verify raw materials, complete real-time production documentation, and maintain a clean, inspection-ready facility while

Qualifications

High school diploma is required.
Prior manufacturing or production experience is preferred (personal care, cosmetics, food, or chemical manufacturing a plus).
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

Batch Preparation & Processing: Prepare and stage raw materials according to batch records and production schedules; weigh, measure, sequence, mix, and add phases; operate equipment per procedures; perform in-process checks; verify materials.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately complete batch records and production documentation in real time; follow GMP requirements and internal quality standards; report deviations or issues.
Equipment Cleaning & Area Maintenance: Setup, clean, sanitize, and breakdown equipment between batches; maintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready work area; support line clearance.
Safety & Operational Support: Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines; maintain compliance with quality and safety standards; assist with ongoing improvement and efficiency.
