Job summary

Asphalt Express, a division of Overland Corporation, is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to plan and coordinate tanker trucks carrying liquid asphalt cement. You will communicate with drivers, terminals, plants, customers, and company personnel to schedule loading, deliveries, and route requirements.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring DOT compliance and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of dispatching or trucking experience preferred.
• Experience dispatching tanker trucks or coordinating liquid asphalt is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers and tanker trucks.
• Coordinate pickup with terminals and delivery with plants and customers.
• Monitor loads and adjust schedules; maintain records.
• Provide load information and safety paperwork to drivers.
• Communicate route changes and delays promptly.
• Support safety, compliance, and documentation efforts.
