Asphalt Express, a division of Overland Corporation, is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher based in Ardmore, OK, to coordinate the transportation of liquid asphalt cement. You will schedule drivers, communicate with terminals, plants, and customers, and ensure deliveries meet safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on safety and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years dispatching/trucking/logistics experience preferred.
• Experience dispatching tanker trucks or coordinating liquid asphalt is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers and tanker trucks for liquid asphalt cement and related products.
• Coordinate pickup appointments with terminals and delivery schedules with plants and customers.
• Monitor active loads and adjust schedules to meet customer priorities.
• Maintain records of drivers, equipment, and deliveries with accuracy.
• Ensure safety policies and DOT regulations are followed in dispatch decisions.
