Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Linux Systems Administrator to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The LOS team oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s cloud compute infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Linux and automation technologies.

The ideal candidate will have deep Linux experience and hands-on automation with Ansible, plus a current Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10 years’ SA experience OR 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
In depth experience with Linux (Red Hat Linux 8/9/10; Amazon Linux; Rocky, etc.)
Experience with Ansible and cloud services / cloud-compute technologies such as AWS/Lambda functions.
IAT II certification (DoD 8140 required upon start of employment). Acceptable certifications include: CCNA-Security/CySA+/GICSP/GSEC/Security+ CE/CND/SSCP
Design/develop/integrate hardware and/or software components into new and existing systems and perform maintenance on the development system infrastructure.

Design and build the information technology framework or environment.
