Job summary

Lentech, Inc. seeks a seasoned Linux systems professional to join a small, high-performing team. You will design architectures and automate solutions for Linux instances across multiple networks and architectures in a hybrid cloud setting.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a SA on complex programs, TS.SCI w/FSP, and DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certs, plus Bash/Python/Puppet/Ansible experience. Collaborative, mentor-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD.
• Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II (SEC+, CCNA)
• Strong Linux administration experience including configuring, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
• Experience creating, debugging, and implementing Bash, Python, Puppet, and/or Ansible automation scripts
• Ability to work in a team and mentor junior staff
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies
• Ability to communicate issues with team members and/or service owners

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and develop solutions to meet organizational needs.

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux instances across networks and architectures.
• Hands-on Linux administration and scripting automation; AWS knowledge a plus.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
