Job summary

PRIMUS Global Services is seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator for an onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA. You will manage RHEL-based infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement automation to improve reliability.

Deep knowledge of virtualization (VMware, KVM), networking, storage, SELinux, firewalld, and security hardening is required. You will collaborate with operations teams to maintain uptime and performance in enterprise environments.

Linux System Administrator, Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced Linux System Administrator with strong expertise in RHEL/Linux administration, system troubleshooting, automation, security, virtualization, networking, storage, and performance monitoring to support highly available, secure, and reliable enterprise infrastructure environments.

This is an onsite position based in Sunnyvale, CA for a candidate with deep experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Rocky Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, Ansible, Bash/Shell scripting, Python, VMware, KVM, NFS, SAN/NAS, SELinux, firewalld/iptables, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH, VLANs, routing, storage, and enterprise file systems.

No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
