Ищем опытного администратора Linux с умением держать production-среды, CI/CD и мониторинг, готового работать удаленно на гибких условиях и взаимодействовать с несколькими облачными сервисами.

Formación

• Не менее 3 лет опыта администрирования Linux в продакшн средах.
• Практические знания Linux internals, сетей, сервисов и устранения проблем.
• Опыт администрирования PostgreSQL/Greenplum.
• Опыт Docker и Kubernetes, Ansible.
• Навыки мониторинга (Prometheus/Grafana) и CI/CD (GitLab/Jenkins).
• Свободный русский; техническая англ. документация.

Responsabilidades

• Администрирование Linux серверов в продакшн и девелоп средах.
• Управление PostgreSQL/Greenplum, устранение проблем производительности.
• Администрирование KeyDB, ClickHouse, Kafka.
• Настройка и поддержка Nginx, Jenkins, GitLab CI, DataHub, Allure, Airflow.
• Автоматизация задач через Ansible, Python/Bash.
• Работа с Docker и Kubernetes, деплой через Helm.
• Мониторинг систем (Prometheus, Grafana), устранение инцидентов.
• Построение CI/CD пайплайнов.
• Работа с OpenStack и AWS.
• Помощь командам разработки с инфраструктурой.
• Взаимодействие с Infra командой, provisioning оборудования.
• Участие в PCI DSS.

Quadcode is a fintech company engaged in financial brokerage activities and providing financial products to global clients. Its flagship internal trading platform is offered to other brokers as a SaaS solution. The Ops team maintains the stable, secure, and reliable production infrastructure behind its products, supporting a large-scale trading platform used by millions of users.

Задачи

• Administer Ubuntu Linux servers across development and production environments
• Administer PostgreSQL databases and Greenplum clusters, troubleshooting performance and reliability issues
• Administer and support KeyDB, ClickHouse, and Kafka
• Configure and maintain infrastructure services, including Nginx, Jenkins, GitLab CI, DataHub, Allure, and Airflow
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks with Ansible and Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes environments, including application deployments with Helm
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and improve system performance and reliability
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins
• Work with OpenStack and AWS infrastructure
• Support development teams with infrastructure issues and their working environments
• Work with the Infrastructure team to troubleshoot issues and coordinate infrastructure changes, including new hardware provisioning
• Contribute to security practices and PCI DSS requirements

Требования

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience administering Linux servers in production environments
• Strong practical knowledge of Linux internals, networking, system services, and troubleshooting
• Experience administering PostgreSQL and/or Greenplum
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Hands‑on experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation
• Good scripting skills with Python and/or Bash
• Hands‑on CI/CD experience, particularly with GitLab CI and/or Jenkins
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and system profiling, particularly Prometheus and Grafana
• Fluent Russian (C2 or higher)
• English B1+ for technical documentation and written communication
• Будет плюсом: DBA experience with hands‑on database and data infrastructure administration, Patroni, high-load or distributed production systems, AWS and OpenStack, PCI DSS, reading and/or writing PHP/Go code, Ceph, fintech/trading
