Responsibilities

• Администрирование и поддержка macOS через MDM и ABM.
• Управление onboarding/offboarding, доступами и provisioning.
• Ежедневное администрирование Google Workspace, Slack и других облачных сервисов.
• Устранение проблем пользователей и координация с_IT-командой.
• Поддержка интеграций с Microsoft 365, включая DLP и политики сохранности.

The team is building a local Polish team for a US-based B2B technology company. The company develops an AI-powered skills assessment and workforce development platform that helps enterprises assess capabilities, identify skill gaps, and guide development across AI, data, and technology to support hiring, upskilling, and workforce planning.

Задачи

• Administer and maintain Mac/macOS devices using MDM solutions and Apple Business Manager (ABM)
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, role-based access, and identity provisioning across primary SaaS tools
• Oversee daily administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud-based software
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting employees’ hardware, software, and access issues
• Support cross-platform integration with Microsoft 365 tools, including implementation of DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies

Требования

• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and endpoint management, including MDM and Apple Business Manager
• Proficiency administering Google Workspace and Slack environments
• Hands-on experience with M365 environments and a clear understanding of security controls such as DLP, sensitivity labeling, and retention policies
• Strong English skills for cross-functional collaboration with the US team
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve user issues efficiently
