THE POSITION
The Help Desk Specialist will oversee operations and maintain situational awareness of the CONUS SIPRNet and GCCS Management Centers. Responsible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for GCCS and JPES, using established SOPs, knowledge bases, ticketing, and system guidelines.
