MIT’s Institute for Medical Engineering and Science (IMES) seeks a LinQ Programs Coordinator to manage the logistical, administrative, and strategic functions that ensure LINQ programs run smoothly. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, oversee events both remote and in-person, support faculty, fellows and advisory panels, and help with data collection, onboarding, and recruitment campaigns.

This hybrid full-time role reports to the LinQ Director and requires strong communication, detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in administrative operations or program coordination in academic/research settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for LINQ programs.
• Manage remote and in-person events.
• Provide administrative support to faculty, fellows, and advisory panels.
• Develop program data collection methods and analyze metrics to optimize outcomes.
• Support recruitment and engagement strategies, including social media presence and campaigns.
• Manage program finances including requisitions, travel reports, honorariums, and vendor coordination per MIT guidelines.
