Job summary

Lindsey Management Co., Inc. is seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for the Links at Oxford, a beautiful apartment community in Oxford, MS.

You will assist the Community Director and Maintenance Director by responding to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance. The role includes on-site living with an apartment rent discount and requires working weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction
• Previous property maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC or CPO certification is a plus
• All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
• Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
