ArMa Global, a premier high-growth personal branding agency, seeks an Ads Manager to lead LinkedIn paid campaigns and optimize acquisition pipelines from a remote, full-time position. The role emphasizes data-driven performance marketing, budget discipline, and cross-team collaboration with copywriting and design groups.

The candidate will design campaigns, run A/B tests, and maintain KPI dashboards to improve CAC, CTR, and lead quality while working with international clients and a flexible

Qualifications

• Experience setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Strong data analysis, CRO metrics, and reporting skills.
• Experience with B2B or executive branding campaigns is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns with budget controls.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create assets and landing pages.
• Execute A/B tests and monitor KPI dashboards for performance.
• Analyze and report campaign results to management and stakeholders.
