Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Laundry Attendant to process soiled linen and distribute clean linen across properties, following SOPs in a safe manner. You will operate washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, irons, and feeders to ensure quality finished products.

Assist with guest requests and keep a clean, safe work area while maintaining a cheerful demeanor. There is no formal experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Some high school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to recognize and work with numbers.
• Operate industrial laundry equipment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; place into containers.
• Process linen using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, irons and feeders.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and log results.
• Turn in items found in Laundry Chute/Department to supervisor.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor promptly.
• Notify supervisor of supplies, damaged linens or hazards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and a courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
