Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health in New Jersey seeks a Supervisor of Linen Services and Mail/Courier Services to oversee daily operations of the Linen Services Department at the medical center and the Mailroom. You will supervise staff, coordinate deliveries across campus, and ensure compliance with infection control standards while driving quality improvements.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of management experience in linen, mail, or hospitality, an Associate's degree (or 60+ credits toward

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credits toward Bachelor's to be completed within three years of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in mailroom, linen, or hospitality fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills that include Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
• Reads and writes in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Linen Services and Mail/Courier operations and staff.
• Direct staff work activities; assign and schedule special projects as needed.
• Review staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
• Coordinate linen replenishment and on-time deliveries to departments.
• Prepare departmental reports and conduct audits for compliance and quality.
• Oversee 24/7 Linen Services and weekday Mailroom operations.
