MADIGAN HOSPITAL is seeking an EVS Linen Supervisor to provide advanced leadership for the Linen Department. You will oversee distribution, inventory, scheduling, payroll approvals, and staff development to maintain safe, efficient linen services across the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in linen services or healthcare logistics.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily linen operations, distribution, stocking, and cart rotation.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, payroll approvals, and attendance tracking.
• Provide training, coaching, and development plans to strengthen staff skills and performance.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare departmental reports, and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct regular audits of linen inventory, usage, and quality; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records, logs, and documentation for compliance and audits.
• Ensure staff compliance with infection prevention, safety, and hospital policies.
• Address performance concerns, document incidents, and assist in corrective action with HR/management.
• Lead quality assurance inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to escalated service requests and emergencies, reprioritizing workflows as necessary.
