Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Supervisor of Linen Services and Mail/Courier Services to oversee the Linen Services Department and the Mailroom at HUMC. You will supervise daily operations, maintain linen inventory, coordinate with the third‑party vendor, and ensure timely mail/courier workflows.

The role requires an Associate's degree or 60+ credits toward a Bachelor's with 5 years of management in mailroom, linen, or hospitality, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60+ credits towards Bachelor's to be completed within three years of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in mailroom, linen, or hospitality fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to multi-task operational priorities.
• Reads and writes in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supervision of the Linen Services Department at Hackensack University Medical Center.
• Supervise the Mailroom department, daily operations, and related managerial tasks.
• Maintain linen inventory, storage, replenishment, and coordinate third‑party vendor processes.
• Coordinate and optimize mail/courier workflows across the center.
