Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Lineman to build and maintain telecommunications systems, including aerial and underground facilities. You will read orders, interpret drawings, perform pole work, lay conduit, and operate power equipment while ensuring safety and responding to outages.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather, climbing, and ability to manage heavy equipment and safety procedures; DOT medical, CDL, and related certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Knowledge of approved telecom construction practices and safety.
• Ability to perform physically demanding field work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain telecom systems, aerial and underground.
• Read work orders and drawings to sequence tasks.
• Perform pole work, digging, wiring, and conduit installation.
• Operate power equipment and test gear, assess safety hazards.
• Respond to outages and emergencies; ensure public safety.
