Bird Electric Enterprises is seeking a Lineman Helper to assist with installation and repair of cables for electrical power systems, following plans, specs, codes, and safety standards. You may erect poles and support transmission towers.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, wiring, grounding, climbing poles or bucket access, and driving to job sites. Must be at least 18 and have NCCER credentials as listed.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in laying out or repairing cables and wires in electrical systems.
• Ability to follow plans, specs, and safety regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble, install, test or repair cables or wires and install related components per plans.
• Assist in installation and maintenance of de-energized distribution systems and related equipment.
• Attach grounding devices to remove electrical hazards.
