Midwest Express Co. in Duncansville, PA, is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local routes. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday with a 15:30 start time.

Pay is $28.50 per hour with HazMat participation, paid weekly. Benefits after 90 days include medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k); PTO is available. Responsibilities include safe operation of tractor-trailers, local pickups/deliveries, pre/post-trip inspections, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Ability to operate tractor and trailer safely.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations.
• Good communication and ability to work independently.
• 2 years tractor driving experience.
• No DUI or felonies.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers safely on local routes.
• Lane runs from Duncansville to PIT area airport location.
• Pickup and deliver freight, including local PUD operations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Adhere to safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Maintain logs of hours and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading freight.
• Follow routes to optimize delivery times.
