OnTrac is hiring a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist in Reno, NV!

Compensation :

The hourly pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job – related factors.

Shift / Schedule :

• Thursday – Monday from 8:30 pm – 5:00 am (Training will be from 4:00pm to 12:30am)

*Hours subject to change depending on business needs

The Must-Haves:

• Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred.

• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet

• You are proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills.
