OnTrac is hiring a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist in Columbus to manage fleet records, invoices, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes safe operations, data accuracy, and strong communication with facility personnel. The position requires two years of admin work and a high school diploma.

You will interact with fleet teams, vendors, and internal staff while maintaining daily spreadsheets and ensuring timely processing of maintenance invoices and costing data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience; fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
• The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet
