Job summary

OnTrac in Henderson, NV is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to join the team. The role supports fleet maintenance, invoicing, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on accurate data entry and strong vendor communication.

This is a full-time, hourly position with Monday–Friday shifts and opportunities for growth within a national logistics provider. The successful candidate will have at least two years of administrative or clerical experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience.
Fleet experience preferred.
High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
Consistent and effective follow‑up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet
