OnTrac in Columbus is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to support fleet operations. This role requires strong administrative and clerical skills, with a preference for fleet experience. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and full-time hours.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, meticulous data handling, and the ability to work with various internal teams to ensure smooth fleet operations. Benefits are provided as part of full-time employment.

• Daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department.
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet.

Compensation:

The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Shift(s)/Schedule(s)

• Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00pm - 4:30am
• Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00am - 1:30pm

*Hours subject to change depending on business needs
