OnTrac in Reno, NV seeks a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist to support our growing network. You will monitor and coordinate linehaul movements, communicate with facilities, and ensure timely, accurate fleet operations.

Required two years of admin/clerical work, HS diploma; fleet experience preferred. The role offers per-hour pay of $21.50, shift options Thu-Mon or Tue-Sat, with benefits and 401(k).

Formación

• Two years of administrative or clerical experience.
• Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program
• Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
• Daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet
