Qualifications

• Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience.
• Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to the Company Safety Program.
• Follow up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• Administer fleet maintenance records and invoices; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheets.
