Qualifications

• 2+ years administrative or clerical experience; Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies in the Safety Program.
• Follow up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• Administer fleet maintenance records and processing of fleet invoices; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Field telephone calls, file and data entry; maintain fleet files and costing sheets.
