Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Line Worker for the Manawa, Wisconsin facility on the 2nd shift. The role supports the Production team, operating and adjusting line equipment, packaging finished goods, and performing changeovers and cleanings as needed.

The position is full-time with shift differential and varied hours between 2:00pm-10:00pm or 3:00pm-1:00am, depending on building assignment. Eligible candidates will have strong instruction following ability, manufacturing experience, and good

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions or process documents and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to use a computer to document production information and print paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production team to drive improvements across plant performance.
• Pickup materials and place on conveyors; manually package finished goods.
• Set up and adjust line equipment; assist with deep cleans and changeovers.
• Complete paperwork and quality checks as required.

Job Description

About the Role: The Line Worker role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role pays $22.19/hour, plus a $0.55 shift differential on 2nd shift in Handpack and Downtown. Hours vary between 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday - Friday or 3:00pm-1:00am, Monday - Thursday depending on which building you're working in.

About You

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
