Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Product Filler for the Manawa plant to support the Oatmeal Production team on the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am, Sunday–Thursday). You will feed ingredients into machines, move products with an overhead hoist, and assist with line operations and cleaning tasks.

This full-time role starts at $25.76 per hour plus shift differential. The position requires following documented procedures, strong communication, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing ingredients into machines/hoppers
• Using overhead hoist to move products into position
• Communicating with Material Handlers when additional resources are needed
• Assisting operators with running the line and completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

About the Role:

The Product Filler role at the Manawa location provides support to the Oatmeal Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing ingredients into machines/hoppers
• Using overhead hoist to move products into position
• Communicating with Material Handlers when additional resources are needed
• Assisting operators with running the line and completing deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role starts at $25.76 per hour plus differential on a 3rd Shift. Hours are 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday - Thursday.
