Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Line Worker for the Manawa, Wisconsin facility. This full-time production role supports the plant’s production team, assisting with material handling, packaging, and line setup.

The position offers a base wage of $22.19 per hour with a $0.55 shift differential on the 2nd shift, with hours typically 2:00pm–10:00pm or 3:00pm–1:00am depending on building assignment. Applicants should be able to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and use a computer to document

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors.
• Manually packaging finished goods.
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment.
• Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers.
• Completing paperwork and quality checks.
