P.F. Chang's China Bistro is seeking skilled Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef to join our kitchen teams. Positions available include full-time and part-time hourly roles across various kitchen stations, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training provided.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Interest in cooking with attention to weights, measurements, and volumes.
• Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the kitchen.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment.
• May help with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
