Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Line Technician to keep production lines safe, efficient and high quality. You will lead line setup, changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, support maintenance, and drive 5S and continuous improvement.

You will work with Production Operators, Packaging Machine Operators, Maintenance, QA and site leadership. Must have a High School Diploma and mechanical experience. Pay is $26.00/hour with a $0.50/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous mechanical experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to lead and support production line activities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with production systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and leadership.
• Ability to work overtime and to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and product changeovers on the production line.
• Provide daily production run sheets to operators.
• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments.
• Maintain safety, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Support maintenance PM activities and fix issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor teammates on the line.
