Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is hiring a Line Technician in Charlotte. You will lead line setup and changeovers, operate packaging machines, troubleshoot equipment, and support maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient production.

You will communicate production performance and assist with quality controls on every shift. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, mechanical experience, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous mechanical experience in manufacturing or production.
• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and product changeovers and identify critical controls.
• Provide daily production run sheets to packaging operators.
• Update production systems and KPI boards across shifts.
• Maintain raw material inventory and communicate discrepancies.
• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines and clear jams.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
