Responsibilities

• Lead line setup and changeovers, identify critical controls and potential issues.
• Provide daily production run sheets to operators.
• Update boards to communicate performance and goals across shifts.
• Maintain raw material inventory and communicate discrepancies.
• Set up and operate multiple packaging machines.
• Clear jams and minimize downtime to keep lines running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot coding, dating, and pricing issues on packaging systems.
• Monitor product weights and appearance to meet quality standards.
• Read and interpret machine performance data.
