Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line and respond immediately to jams or quality concerns.
• Assist with line changeovers, setup, and startup.
• Escalate issues to Maintenance or Production leadership when needed.
• Document recurring issues to reduce downtime.
• Maintain GMP and safety compliance.
