Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand plant process flow.
• Able to read and understand English to follow instructions.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Able to lift 35–50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and leadership when supervisor is absent.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet production needs.
• Attention to detail and adherence to GMP policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate packaging and processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records and logs during packaging and processing.
• Support quality checks and follow GMP and food safety standards.
• Operate Outlook 365 to share production updates with leadership.
• Lead shift huddles and ensure production targets are met.
• Train and onboard new hires on equipment and procedures.
• Perform equipment cleanings and changeovers as required.
• Respond to safety issues and incidents promptly.
