CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO in Rockland, ME is seeking a Trouble Shooter 1/C T&D to safely perform transmission and distribution pole line work and oversee crews during emergencies. The role requires a valid Class A license and residency within 45 minutes of Rockland, with relocation flexibility for nine months.

Qualifications

• Qualified Line Worker 1/C.
• Valid Class A driver's license with a clean record.
• Reside within 45 minutes of Rockland or relocate within nine months and be available for emergencies.
• Willingness to comply with all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely performs all types of transmission and distribution pole line work.
• Works on energized lines and equipment per company standards and safety regulations.
• Assumes standby and emergency duty with supervision, sharing standby requirements.
• Prepares and maintains necessary records and completes assigned tasks.
• Directs the activities of lower-rated workers as needed.
