CREMER North America, LP is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will help run filling and bottling machinery, report to the Shift Supervisor, and ensure production lines stay up and running.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and can learn about bottling processes. You will lift up to 50 lbs, wear PPE, and work as part of a team to meet quality standards, with potential overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or working on it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.
• Experience: It’s great if you’ve worked with bottling, packaging, or filling machines, but we can train you if you haven’t.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
• Must follow all quality and safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
• Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
• Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
• Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
